How much does shipping cost?

We offer free tracked and insured shipping for all orders $60 and above with 5 - 9 days delivery depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

As soon as you get the dispatch confirmation email. click on the "Track Order" button and you'll get live updates on your shipment. you can also track your order manually by providing your tracking number or email and order number

When will i get my order?

Please note that we require 1 - 3 working days on average to process your order before dispatching it. However due to peak time or high demand, sometimes it can take upto 10 business days for an order to be fulfilled. But rest assured we are doing everything we can to deliver your order ASAP.

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 5 - 9 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

What countries do you ship to?

We provide free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries and regions. However, we're not responsible for customs charges. customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our own shipping cost. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they deem fit.

What if my shipping is delayed?

No worries - slight delays in shipping may occur due to, for instance upcoming or current holidays that are not working days for post and delivery services. Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for customs in your country or region to check and clear your package. How do i cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes of ordering. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason, reach out to help@mvlhealthwellness.com as soon as possible. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellation is time-sensitive.

What if I entered a wrong address?

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the right shipping address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to make changes. Do i have to pay customs fees?

Unfortunately, MVLHealth Wellness is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of their carrier and local laws, all customs charges being payable by the customer and will not be covered by MVLHealth Wellness. for more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office before placing your order.
